Dan is extremely comfortable with any standard of participant, whether they be an elite level athlete, a "grass-roots" player or someone making their first steps into a sporting session. He has a fantastic rapport with kids and is well respected by parents who see what fantastic work he does with their children.

 

Dan has a fantastic ability to "theme" his sessions, so they flow at a good pace and develop the appropriate skill being worked on without ever becoming stagnant or boring. There is always a well structured warm up using a lot of dynamic movements and stretches; this is followed with lots of high energy games in either a competitive or non competitive situation. Sessions are ended with a suitable cool down and good quality feedback is given.

 

I cannot recommend Dan and Core Sports highly enough, they are thoroughly professional at all times, really well organised and with a real focus on developing children in a safe and correct manner. "
